POLICIES

1. The Maui Freestore focuses on serving all Maui residents directly and indirectly impacted by the Maui wildfires.
2. Address: in a green school bus at the Maui Street Market (150 Hana Hwy, Kahului)
3. Hours: Opens once a month.

5. *everyone is a volunteer steward of the Freestore. It is autonomous, meaning all users are expected to contribute to its maintenance. (an·ar·chism /ˈanərˌkizəm/ n. the organization of society on a voluntary, cooperative basis without recourse to force or compulsion.)
6. TURN OFF YOUR CAR. Global warming is bad enough as is.
7. Do not take the containers holding the donated goods so we can keep it contained.
8. If you drop off plants, label what they are. Sharpie on cardboard works great. Put a rock on, or nail through, the cardboard.
9. DO NOT LEAVE DISEASED PLANTS.
10. Close SHARE SEEDS box so the packets don’t get wet. Bulk seeds drop-offs are welcomed. They will be packaged in small quantity and redistributed.
11. If you drop off fruits, draw faces on them.
12. Respect neighbors.
13. Inventory changes minute by minute. Don’t mess with Unko Lopaka. Respect whatever he says.
