POLICIES

1. The Waimanalo Freestore focuses on plants, clothes, accessories, household items, medical supplies, tools, toys, and misc and etc. At my house, we are always trying to clean out and share with anyone. one man’s trash is another man’s treasure! Recycle, reuse, repurpose. What ever you need for. If we have it out on the shelves or next to it, you can have it! Or you can bring what ever to share with others too.

3. Hours: 24/7, except for extreme weather.
4. Anyone and everyone can participate. *No one works at the Freestore. It is autonomous, meaning all users are expected to contribute to its maintenance. (an·ar·chism /ˈanərˌkizəm/ n. the organization of society on a voluntary, cooperative basis without recourse to force or compulsion.)
5. TURN OFF YOUR CAR. Global warming is bad enough as is.
6. Do not take the containers holding the plants unless they are potted plants.
7. If you drop off plants, label what they are. Sharpie on cardboard works great. Put a rock on, or nail through, the cardboard.
8. DO NOT LEAVE DISEASED PLANTS.
9. Close SHARE SEEDS box so the packets don’t get wet. Bulk seeds drop-offs are welcomed. They will be packaged in small quantity and redistributed.
10. If you are a Facebook 808 Green Thumbs group members, make a post on what you drop off.
11. Respect neighbors.
12. Inventory changes minute by minute.
